1. BINDING AGREEMENT

These terms ("Terms") govern your use of Studio XID Korea Inc.’s ("Studio XID") websites and services such as our ProtoPie interaction design and prototyping platform (collectively, "Service"), and software that we include as part of our Services, including any software, applications, and any related documentation (collectively "ProtoPie Software"). By using our Services or ProtoPie Software, you agree to these terms.

If you have entered into another agreement with us concerning specific Services or ProtoPie Software, then the terms of that agreement controls where it conflicts with these Terms.

By setting up a Studio XID account, by using our Services, by using or downloading ProtoPie Software, or by clicking the "I accept" button (or its equivalent), you (or the entity or organization on behalf of which you are authorized, in which case "you" and "your" will refer to that entity or organization) agree to these Terms. If at any point for any reason you do not agree to any portion of the then-current version of these Terms, our Privacy Policy, or any other Studio XID policy, rules or codes of conduct relating to your use of our Services, your license to use our Services shall immediately terminate and you must stop using our Services and promptly remove any ProtoPie Software installed on your computer.

Privacy Policy

Studio XID, Inc. ("Studio XID", "we", "us", or "our") respects the privacy rights of its users and protects the personal data collected, stored and used in connection with our services ("Service"). To further this commitment, we have adopted this Privacy Policy to explain how we collect, store, and use the information you provide us.

By creating an account, by using our Service, by using or downloading software made available by Studio XID, or by the "I have read and accepted" checkbox (or its equivalent), you are accepting the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

We may modify this Privacy Policy from time to time, at our sole discretion. We will notify you of any changes to this Privacy Policy in accordance with our Terms of Service. You will be deemed to have agreed to any such modifications by your continued use of our Service after any such modification is posted. It is important that you review this Privacy Policy regularly to ensure you are updated as to any changes. If you do not agree with the modifications, please discontinue use of our Service immediately.
